The Babalolas are returning to Nigeria to plant independent Baptist Churches in a region greatly void of Gospel witness. They also intend to establish a Bible College for the training of national pastors and leaders in Nigeria.
The Carlisles work in the city of Montevideo. Larry serves alongside a national pastor and teaches in the local Bible College training young men for the ministry.
Josh is currently on deputation with the desire to plant local churches and develop campus ministries in the Southern Philippines region of Davao. He will also be involved in leadership training throughout Southeast Asia.
Michelle Demoret is an IBCS graduate who has been serving in Southeast Asia but has recently changed fields to Kenya, Africa. Michelle will be teaching and mentoring young ladies in multi-facets of ministry. Michelle also has experience teaching English as a second language.
The Espadas have established a strong evangelistic church in the city of Aibonito. The Espadas are very involved with building the church in Aibonito but also evangelistic outreaches in nearby cities, youth camps, and teaching in the Bible College in San Juan.
Audrey Henderson is serving in Kenya, Africa, assisting an IBM Church plant by ministering to the South Sudanese refugees. She is teaching ladies Bible Studies and working with children’s ministries.
After pastoring in the US Mike and Gail began their ministry in Kenya by planting Christ’s Independent Baptist Church. They have been involved in planting several other works as well as teaching in the Independent Baptist College of Ministry. Mike currently pastors the Zion Road Baptist Church.
The Mendozas have planted several churches around the area of Tijuana as well as oversee and teach in a small Bible College. The Mendozas have also used the ministry of music to minister to Mexican churches and train young people to minister in music within their own local churches.
The Petersens have established a church on the outskirts of Warsaw. Mike also teaches pastors from Ukraine as well as church leaders from numerous restricted access countries.
Roger and Keishla serve alongside the Espadas working with youth, children’s ministries, and outreach. Roger also teaches in the Bible College in San Juan.
Solomon received his M.A. from IBCS and oversees the ministry of Independent Baptist Churches in India. The organization which Solomon oversees consists of over 130 churches, a Bible College, and Children’s home. They are constantly planting new churches throughout India.

Josiah began his training in Kenya and finished his undergrad and M.A. at IBCS. Josiah pastors Bethel Baptist Church and teaches at the college and seminary which is housed at his church. Josiah has been involved with planting other churches. Churches at Drumvale and Kitui have been planted within the last few years.
Saada is heading to South Sudan where she will assist in the work of Ron and Christine Enoch. She is currently finishing her M. C. Ed at IBCS in Chandler, AZ.

IBM has numerous missionaries serving in Restricted Access Nations on college campuses, working in secular environments and teaching via the internet to evangelize and disciple new believers where traditional missionaries do not have access.
